| Description | Please note this is a spoke and building package, the package includes spokes and nipples (as described), labour charge for building and rim tapes. If you would like us to contact you prior to building please enter a note to this effect on checkout. If you are choosing one of our wheel-build packages, we will assume that you are ordering a wheelset. Please also choose your required rims and hubs to complete your wheelset order. The spoke count on your rims, hubs and spoke & build package need to be the same. Do not worry we will contact you if need be to discuss. If you require any additional items supplied with your wheels please add them to your order, enter a note on checkout if you require any of these items fitting to your wheels Wheel-build package 2D (24h / 28h) DT Swiss Plain gauge / Double butted Black, brass nipples. Our most popular build, the highest quality DT Swiss spokes in black. As wheel-build package 1 but with black spokes. We use Plain Gauge DT Champion on the cassette side rear where there is most tension, Double Butted DT Competition spokes on the non-cassette side rear and on the front wheel. Brass nipples are used for ultimate reliability. Ideal for wheels where reliability is essential with a reasonable weight. Intended uses - Race, Audax, light touring, & winter training. |
